3 Types Of Costs

1. Training and Setup Cost

One-time fee: The training and setup cost will depend on the size of the client's business data and the features they require. Please contact our sales team for a personalized quote.

2. Monthly Usage Fee

Clients will be charged a monthly fee based on their usage of the chatbot. The fee will be calculated based on the number of tokens of output generated by the chatbot during the billing period.

3. Additional Services

Available for businesses with unique requirements, priced on a per-hour basis. Strategic Consulting– Includes in-depth business analysis, strategy development, and optimization plans.

The cost of training our chatbots depends on the amount of data provided by the client. Training costs are calculated based on the data size in tokens.

Training Cost:

    • Price: $3.2 per 1,000 tokens (approx. 750 words)
  • Basic Integration:

    • Platforms: Website, and app.
    • Price: $150
  • Full Integration:

    • Platforms: Website, App, Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp.

A Helpdesk for managing, monitoring interactions, and live agent hand-off.

2. Monthly Usage Fee

Feebaq offers a flexible and transparent pricing model tailored to the unique needs of each client. With no fixed plans or query limitations, clients pay based on their usage, ensuring they get the best value for their investment.

Clients are charged based on their monthly usage, measured in tokens. One token is equivalent to approximately 0.6-0.7 words.​

For Chatbot (Token-Based Billing):

  • Price: $0.06 per 1,000 tokens (approx. 750 words)
  • No limitations on queries or interactions.

For Helpdesk:

  • Price: $59 per month for (5,000 monthly queries)

For Monthly Custom Analytics:

  • Price: $0.02 per 1,000 tokens.
